CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
If your order is shipped to countries outside Europe, it
may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees
imposed by the destination country (Import Fees). These
charges are typically applied once the parcel reaches its
destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
We do not have control over these charges and cannot
predict their amount, as customs policies and import
duties vary widely from country to country. Delays due to
customs clearance processes are possible and may affect
delivery times. We cannot predict the potential for delays,
so we recommend contacting your local customs office

TRACKING AND ORDER MODIFICATION
Once your order has been placed, it is processed
immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore,
modifications are no longer possible. If you wish to add
more items, please place a new order. After your order
has been shipped, you will receive an email with a
tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You
can use this information to track your order’s delivery
status. For cancellations, you can return your order once it
